Thank you for your interest in our Preferred and Cleared CDL Driver Program. The total initial fee is $79.95, which includes the application process and your first month of monitoring. Upon approval, the ongoing monitoring fee is $19.95 per month. If monitoring is canceled or allowed to lapse, a new application must be submitted, along with the applicable initial enrollment fee, to re-enter the program. Please complete the application in its entirety and ensure that all requested information is provided. Incomplete applications may delay processing.
